SD1移动式龙门架 采用方管做支架主体，用扁管做斜撑，用厚度12MM--20MM钢板四块和16--20只高强度螺丝将支架与工字钢横梁连接,配不同型号的起重专用万向双刹车脚轮即可组成可移动立柱式龙门架。此款龙门架起重量最小规格0.3吨，最大规格20吨。最大宽度20米，最高高度12米。
此款龙门架适用于设备安装与调试、模具的装卸与维修，故又叫做模具吊。
此款龙门架的另一重要用途是装卸车。可选配手拉葫芦手拉小车、手拉小车与电动葫芦及运行式电动葫芦使用。
SD1 Gantry Crane
Structure features: SD1 Gantry Crane adopts the square steel pipe as frame main body, with flat steel pipes as the bevel , with thickness of 12MM-20MM 4 pieces of steel plate and 16-20 high-strength screws to connect the frame main body and the I-steel beam, with different type of brake wheels. The capacity is from 0.3 tons to 20 tons. The maximum width can be 20 meters, the maximum height can be 12 meters. It is applicable to equipment installation and disassembly, mold loading and maintenance, so it is also called the mold lifting. It can be equipped with manual chain block with trolley, electric hoist with electric trolley, ect.
